Minor Patch - Version 2.72 Released.

We have released a minor patch today, version 2.72. This patch fixes a possible out of sync issue and a couple of exploits that have been pointed out to us. We are always grateful for help and assistance in identifying exploits and bugs and appreciate players taking the time to help.

We have also changed the current games list so that red games are removed as red games really do not offer a good playing experience.

New Team System

Players can now upgrade thier accounts and join or manage real teams. To take part in this new feature of United Football please visit the FAQ and Game Guide sections of the website.

Registered Users!

As part of our ongoing maintenance we have cleaned the game database and this has resulted in a lot of duplicated or dormant accounts being removed from the live database. This explains why in the game users will see a far lower number of registered users.

Validation Emails

Hello Everyone.

To log into the website you will need to validate your email. An email is sent to your registered email address the first time you try to login. When you recieve this email follow the instructions to validate your email.

You can then login to the site.

It is possible that if you have a hotmail or google mail account that the validation email may end up in your junk folder, so please check this first.

Game Update Completed!

We are pleased to announce that version 2.71 has been released. This will resolve the issues with red games in the games list.

Due to the work involved in the update of the game, game servers and website we have had to take the game offline for the last 24hrs. We will shortly complete our update and the game servers will then be back online.

Website finally live!

We are pleased to say that the new United Football website is here at last! The new site is a complete change and has many new features, including a Media section, Events, a complete new Leaderboard system for both players and teams and the first version of the new player and team management systems.


Along with the release of the new site is an updated game client which you can get from the free download link at the top of the page. The updated client features a number of bug fixes, including one for that nasty goalkeeper exploit many of you have been telling us about and most importantly the new team game mode.

Players can now signup for a Pro account, which is currently free, and this will allow them to setup and manage their own teams or become a star player for another manager. Teams will then be allowed to take part in tournaments and competitions in the coming months with the potential to win prizes supplied by our sponsors (details of which we hope to release soon!).
